John Lennon Scholarships
Enter if: You’ve written an original song or composition.
Eligibility: Students must be enrolled in college and between the ages of 17 and 24.
Amount: Prizes vary, but the foundation gives away a total of $20,000 each year.

Tall Clubs International Scholarship
Enter if: You’re tall. (Seriously, that’s it.)
Eligibility: Females must be a minimum of 5’10” and males must be at least 6’2”. Applicants must also be under the age of 21.
Amount: $1,000 (one for male and one for female).

“Stuck at Prom” Scholarship
Enter if: You want to design a duct tape prom dress and tux for you and your date.
Eligibility: Must be a high school student over the age of 14.
Amount: $5,000 (first place); $3,000 (second); $2,000 (third) and $500 (runners-up).

Collegiate Inventors Competition
Enter if: You have an original invention in any sort of field.
Eligibility: Must be a full-time
college student.
Amount: Undergrad division: $12,000 (gold); $10,000 (silver); $5,000 (bronze). Graduate division: $15,000 (gold); $12,500 (silver); $10,000 (bronze).

Beans for Brains Scholarship Program
Enter if: You’re a knitter. Send in a photo of a recent project along with your application.
Eligibility: Must be a graduating high school senior, undergrad or graduate student in any field of study.
Amount: $3,000
