My name is Heather, and I live in Florida. I'm a junior in high school. I have wanted to go to University of Florida for like.... as long as I can remember, but I'm afraid that I'm not good enough to get in.

GPA
weighted: 4.19
unweighted: 3.84

I have taken A LOT of honors classes.
Like three dual enrolled classes.
and only one AP class.

I'm in DE and AP classes right now too, but I'm still worried.
University of Florida is becoming VERY competitive, and I need advice on how to get in.

How can I make myself look REALLY GOOD to an amazing school like UF?

you should probably bring your GPA up a little bit and focus on studying for you SAT and ACT. do good on them, and get involved. join clubs and do volunteer work. if you have time, maybe you can get a job. If you're good at signing, acting, or anything artsy like that, try out for a school play. Or you can be a stagehand. Also, if your school has a National Honor Society, try and apply for that as well. Start contacting the college advisers and let them know that you are interested in attending and ask them any questions. Every little effort counts,
