I am trying to transfer school for the 2nd time. I did well in my first school with a 3.0 GPA after 2 years, but in my second school my GPA was quite low, 1.9, after 1. When applying to a another school can I choose to not consider my second school, and forgo the credits I earned there? My thought is that I could claim my GPA from my first school and have a better chance of getting in.

Unfortunately most colleges require you send transcipts from all schools you have attended. The good thing is a small blip in your GPA might be forgiven. Everyone is entitled to a bad semester! Good luck!

I have done the same thing wanting to leave out the bad grades from a previous school.
To tell you the honest truth, leave them out if you are really worried about that being a factor in your acceptance. I have even had school administrative staff, admissions, and advisors tell me to keep them off if they're not worth it (i.e. failed classes).
Do as you please, but it won't make any difference if you decide not to send the transcripts. They wont know either way.
