[:o]I love politics, but i dont know what to DO with that knowledge to form a career. I've got gifts for writing, public speaking, and downright you-can't-change-my-mindedness. I want to do something that has an impact, but not be a typical politician. Where should I go with this, where should I go to college to obtain the major I need (I can't leave south eastern Texas FWIW), and what should I major IN??? Help!

Hm, you know..you don't necissarily have to go into ''politics'' as many people put it. There are many different things out there that you could do with that. It wouldn't take long for you to become something really great with what you've said. Have you thought of maybe becoming a lawyer? I used to think about that. Hm, or there are way way more things out there that you could do. Don't ever truly stop looking because it would be truly awesome and great!! As for college, try considering a law school. If your grades are good you could always go to a junior college to get your basics and extra credits that you may need and you could apply for Harvard Law, but you said something about not leaving Texas...if you'd like I could see if I could look around and read things for you. I'll get back to you on that!!
