Hey everyone it's been a while figured I'd let you guys know me and my old boyfriend are best friends. I'm gonna be 17 this year and was an [:o] wreck yesterday callled up his house yesterday crying my head off his little brother picked up he wasn't there so his little brother talked to me some n calmed me down [:o] I propsed to him David his older brother using a pizza long post short I got the wrong # and called the pizza place several times they gave me a free pizza get rid of me I said Pepporni write DAVID RIGGS WILL YOU MARRY ME ? LOVE DESI ! THE GUY TOOK THE ORDER DOWN AND NEARLY CRIED[:o] HE CALLED ME ROMANTIC AND ASKED DO YOU LOVE THIS MAN AND SAID YES I DO AND WANT TO SPEND MY LIFE WITH HIM.[:D] SOO THERE'S YOUR UPDATE PRAY HE SAYS YES I'M WATING FOR HIS CALL BACK. [:D][&o] I COULDN'T EVEN SLEEP YESTERDAY I WOKE UP 7 A.M I WENT TO SLEEP AT 5 A.M THIS MORNING AND AM EXASTED[&o] LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS THINK. MY MOM SAYS WE'RE TO YOUNG AND NOT READY FOR MARRIGE. DAVID KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT ME AND HAS BEEN THERE FOR ME SINCE THE DAY I FIRST PASSED A NOTE TO HIM IN MATH INTRO BACK WHEN I WAS FOURTEEN LIVING IN NORTH CAROLINA PILOT MOUNTAIN. um...i think your mother is right. 17 is way too young to be married, i'm 17 and i just got my first real boyfirend that i share everything with and that i care about. i have other guy friends that i liked, but no one this special to me. i think you should wait. at least until you truely know that you and him are undoubtly in love with eachother.

Are you really sure you want to spend your whole life with him. I told some guy I loved him and wish I hadn't said it. Make sure you really mean it first before you say I love you and want to spend the rest of my life with you.

I wish you the best of luck, but please be careful... Emotions are very unstable. You can't base the rest of your life on the love you feel right now, because it WILL come and go (talk to anyone who has been married and they'll tell you that). You have to base it on commitment as well as love. I would hate for you to wind up in a situation you regretted. Think about this: divorce should NEVER be an option!
