When will the next winners be announced, and are all of the entries from earlier this summer still eligible?

Hi bicyclefor3!
The winner for September will be announced in a few weeks (when the magazine comes out and is in your guidance counselor's office). Because this is an ongoing contest, all entries are considered for any of our five issues throughout the year (including the ones posted during the summer). Thanks and good luck!

HI, Emily
I have just recently entered into the contest and my essay is a little over a 1000 words, but i really enjoyed writing it and revising it, so I hope you can still consider my essay into the contest. Thanks =]
Oh and since i just entered it on August 31, does it fall under the September 2008 contest category?

Can you win twice if two of your entries are selected? Or can you only win once? If two of your entries are chosen, will you win twice in a row?
Also, I am curious about how many people can win. Is there a certain limit?
