Every day, I stick to a schedule that very rarely changes. I call this schedule my game plan. It positively impacts my life, because I use it to stay focused and to prevent forgetfulness. In the mornings, I usually get two boxes of cereal from the school line to snack on all day. This helps me stay focused on school - NOT FOOD. Another quirk that helps me get through the day is my personal notebook. I open it up in first period and it stays open all day. I include everything I need to do in that day's entry. It varies from something I want to buy all the way up to when my assignments are due in each class and what I need to do for each of them during that day. Once I get home from a sport, I open up my notebook and get to work.
