I feel as if I have been going to school for my whole life. My life has not been easy and I have dealt with a great deal of pain but have still managed to get this far. Just recently, South Suburban College revamped there nursing program and due to this, I was kicked out of Nursing school. Our contract that we signed when we entered the program clearly stated that we were allowed one readmission if we did not exceed at a course and they told us that this was no longer allowed. In my third semester I had a clinical instructor at Little Company of Mary that I proved wrong on three separate occasions. It wasn’t a matter of me proving her wrong more a matter of me trying to figure out, is this how we do it in the real world or should I go by what my book tells me? This led me to fail my class. I want nothing more than to become a nurse and this is why I refuse to quit and I am returning to a different school. One day I will make a fantastic nurse and with your scholarship, this can get me one step closer to obtaining my dream.
Thank you for your time,
