What is the difference between grad/undergrad?

Difference between grad/undergrad?
Associate's and bachelor's?

State colleges vs. universities?

--Undergrad is typically 4 years and you usually come out with a bachelor's degree.
--An associate's degree is typicially 2 years, and is a lower level degree than a bachelor's degree.
--Graduate is an upper level education and a bachelor's degree is required for admission.
