I am a senior this year and as far as I know a lot of my friends waited until at least they were juniors. I'm not sure you want to apply that early.

wait until at least junior year to apply to colleges, unless you're someone who has already completed all of your high school curriculum. Typically, it's senior year that people apply.

wait until the beginning of your senior year. you might change your mind but by then you had wasted application money and your time. though this may help you become more familiar with the process

You should wait until the end of Junior/beginning of Senior year. Until then, work on getting your grades up, apply for scholarships, etc. There's plenty you can do to get ready for college as a sophomore!

i am a sophomore and my college counselor told me that i shouldn't be in a rush to apply to any colleges because 1- i need to make sure my GPA is a good as it can possibly be. 2- make sure i dont change my mind before then 3- waste my money applying to colleges so soon. wait until end of junior year :o)

wait until you're a jounior or senior. I'm a soph. & I worry about that stuff, but when I talked to my counselor she told me that I should wait so I don't waste my money on a college that I might change my mind on what school I want to go to.[;)]
