They say in life you need to set goals for your self.Well, at sixteen years old I have finally decided what mine are.
My first goal is to get accepted into college and major in literature.I hope to get into a university in North Carolina.I currently reside in Florida,but I desire to go to North Carolina for a majority of reasons.Its not so far away from home,its very beautiful up there,and my favorite author Nicholas Sparks's novels take place there.I really have my heart set on Duke University in Durham,but I really want to go where God wants me to go.I really love reading,and would love to major in literature,and work in publishing.I may even write my own novel someday.
My second goal,after im all settled with my career,is to start a family of my own.I was very blessed to have the family that I do.They were all very Godly people that have inspired me to become who I am today.I desire to have a good Godly husband who puts the Lord first.Thats my biggest wish regarding my spouse.I also hope to have kids who grow up in church and love the Lord with all their heart.Its my ultimate wish for each of my children to receive Jesus Christ as their Saviour.I will try to be the kind of wife and mother who will do anything they need and be there for them always.
My final goal is to witness a miracle.I know I totally stole that from "A Walk to Remember",but I earnestly hope that it happens to me.Whether it be recovering from fatal illness,a financial miracle,or even seeing it happen in someones life is ok with me.My God is a God of miracles so I know that nothings impossible.
In the future I hope that all of my lifes goals will be acheived and I plan to work hard and pray that it will all go according to plan.
