Have you ever in twenty-four hours bought something you loved, lost it and found it again within the same twenty-four hours? I bought a kitten after Christmas that was so small I fell in love with it at first sight. His deep pool green eyes and fluffy, soft orange fur hypnotized me. I bought him with my own money which made him even more precious to me. I brought him home and confined him to my room to settle in and within the same twenty-four hours I lost him. He either slipped out of the room when I was not looking or was hiding. In any case, I could not find him and after tearing through the house for about two to three hours I still could not find him. My mom told me to look in my bedside drawer and there he was asleep, my heart sank that he had been there the whole time. Even more surprising through the entire ruckus he slept in that drawer and did not make a sound. Jasper’s Purrfect Houdini Trick was a memorable experience because I bought him with my own money, he was a small cute kitten, and he was the devil to try to find.
First, I bought him with my own money. In fact, I used my Christmas money to buy him. My grandparents gave me money for Christmas to use as I wanted. Truly, I bought him because I wanted a kitten to take care of. I got a sense of pride of buying him on my own. In particular it was my money, my choice to buy him and now he was my responsibility. Indeed there was pride of buying him because I chose him. In short I bought the kitten I wanted with my own money with a sense of pride, because after I did he was all mine.
Second, he was a small cute kitten. Equally important his purring was as loud as a motor. Specifically I started to pet him and he was loud. Surprisingly he had such strong lungs; I fell in love with his purr. He was so small he could fit into the palm of my hand. Namely as a kitten he was so tiny and adorable. To clarify he had a tiny little button nose I just loved. In summary I wanted a small cute kitten and that is what I got.
Thirdly, he was the devil to try to find. I kept him in my room to let him get settled in his new environment. When I left for five minutes came back, and he was gone. The final analysis, within twenty-four hours I bought and lost a kitten. We looked between mattresses and bed frames, in my closet, around the house everywhere but we could not find the kitten I just bought. As a matter of fact, my parents and I looked everywhere in the house to find him. We searched bedrooms, closets, and outside because we could not find him. In general we tore through the house trying to find a small kitten that was last seen in one place, my room. My parents and I continued to search my room for hours, looking for small places a small kitten could hide in. Until my mom noticed a small hole under my top bunk bed that went into a drawer. I looked in my bedside drawer and there he was asleep. Throughout this whole commotion he still slept.
In conclusion, Jasper’s Purrfect Houdini Trick was hiding from the family to find a small sleeping place. A fluffy little kitten, no bigger than the palm of your hand, hid from all of us by using a tiny hole and hiding in a bedside drawer. The little devil scared us half to death looking for him. Even today he is still a stinker trying to find new places to hide from us. However, I still love him with those big green eyes staring up at me and I know my money was worth adopting him. He has developed more tricks as he has matured, but he will forever be my little baby. This little stinker almost gave me a heart attack trying to look for him, to make sure he was safe. Honestly I would not trade that day for anything though he scared me half to death; I love him with all my heart. Finally, Jasper’s Purrfect Houdini Trick was a memorable experience because I bought him with my own money, he was a small cute kitten, and he was the devil to try to find.
