I'm a high school senior and i'm filling out applications for a few job openings. I havent had an actual job with a company but i've babysat for a while. i also have a lot ofvolunteer hours stacked up.
so my ? is what do you do with the employment history record part of an application if you dont have an employment history?
should i send my resumee with all my volunteer service and a little bit about me with the application when i turn it in or do i wait for that?

Write a cover letter, and talk about all your volunteer experience and everything! Explain who you are and your work ethic and motivations. That will help them "fill in the blanks." Also, try not to just drop the resume off, but HAND it to the manager and introduce yourself! Be your own best salesman!
