we all have the right to speak our mind, we all have the right to reach for the skies, we all have the right to follow our dreams, we all believe things aren't just what they seem, we can't all say we feel the same way, we've not been through the same things in every way, we'd like to think we're all the same, or that rights are just one big game, each deserves the same rights as everyone else, some people just care more about themselves, we all have the same hearts, the same bones, the same brains, some same losses that bring us the same gains, but we don't all stand up for what we know is right, we leave other's battles for them to fight, we'd love to take sides on what's right and what's wrong, or it stays in our heads till we move it along, we keep some things hidden until we think they may burst, some don't wait for better, they go for what's first, they don't take the heed from someone who's been, they think about what they can gain, and when, if, you don't try and win, you've already failed, the ship you wanted to catch has sailed, if you want to believe in "fish in the sea", then let others be what they choose to be, they can believe what they choose to believe, love who they choose to love, act how they want to act, and be percieved as they percieve others, as people, with feelings, with lives and with hearts, they take what they need and give the best part, they give you their life and what they recieve, is less than what other would want you to believe, they're treated like dirt because of who they love, what they look like, and who they look to above, they should be treated the same as the others in this world, believe in them, love them and give them your care, treat them the same as if you were there, if they were in your shoes, what would they say, they'd give you what you deserve, I speak of equal rights, and all who suffer, who never had a friend, a lover, a mother, who have never been treated the best that they should, people say they do more harm than good, they deserve to be like everyone else, not discriminated against, or left on a shelf, treat them like they would if you were in their shoes, show them, in this world their is nothing to lose, show them they can achieve their dreams , they believe that the world is not what it seems, if you can see that they are hated, their power is greatly underestimated, they make up an unprecindented part of society, they are what they were born to be, they don't choose who they are, who they love, or what they do, they are made that way, by what they believe, just because you can't see what i see, does not mean you are blind, it means you block what you choose to because it is against your beliefs,, open your heart, your eyes, and your mind, to some thing other than your own kind, include who you don't normally know, give them the respect that they show, because they are gay, lesbian, transgender, or bi, doesn't mean you have the right to make them cry, don't wait for them to come to you, own up to yourself, to thine own self be true, they want to be the best they can, and you can help them all over the land, I speak again for equal rights, set the goal within your sights, equality for all, not, just, the, majority.
