People tell me to enjoy life. How can that be, when you are pressured everyday, and you get so aggrivated that you want to scream. Some things just get to you, and you start to wonder off and day dream during your day classes.
For me, there's a lot of pressure with friends. They don't get along with me anymore. Have I changed? Have they changed? I've pondered these thoughts during classes and at work. Wondering what I have done wrong to let this come. I want everything to be the same again! It seems like I never get what I want. In some ways im excited to leave high school, make new friends, start on a clean slate. Which brings me to my next conclusion.
Thinking about college is hard. My parents say I can't go to a private college, because I won't get it paid off. Well it's not their choice! I can see the pros and cons for private colleges, but come on...Let me live a little...please?
What I want to go in college. Ha. Funny. I have NO CLUE. No set desire to become something so wonderful to make my life whole. Sure, I have interests, but that doesnt seem to get me anywhere. There's pressure from my family: 'What do u want to be Cassy?' My first response, Microbiology. Didn't last. I LOVE science, but the grades didnt show it. My second passion, Music. Not too skippy on becoming a music education teacher. My third choice, Computer Science. Well jeez, there are so many schools out there that offer that! The thoughts running through my head keep my up all night, getting as little as 4 hours of sleep a night.
My thoughts....I hope no one is as stressed out as me. High School is suppose to be the best times of your life. Senior year, even better. I plan to organize my thoughts in a chart and hopefully enjoy the rest of my year.
I hope this wasn't too blah for some of you, but it's what I feel. And that's what matters most, in everyone. [:)]

I can tell you that there are so many people feeling like you, and just as many that aren't. I completely understand where you are coming from. We are so conflicted with what our parents want, what are friends want, what society wants, that we forget what we want and ultimately, that is the most important thing. Take some time to really picture your life five and 10 years from now. Good luck!

Senior year of high school does have lot of fun. In the mean time you still got lot of thing to push you, such as selecting a college that you going to attend after you graduate from senior year. I know exactly how you feel or maybe even more, because i got lot of pressure lilke what you describe. It is really not easy to get what you really wanted because of the people that surround you makes life become dilmma.
