Well, I'm in a bit of a conundrum...I've wanted to go to FIU since I turned 14, but before that, my dream was to go to NYU. Both school's psycology programs are absolutely amazing, and I already have 20/60 of my prerequisites....I'm torn between the two because for NYU, i get free room and board, grants for my tuition, and I get to stay where I've dreamed of. On the other hand, for FIU, I pay rent, but the program is absolutely amazing and I love Miami...please help me out...

Well first of all. Cost should be the most important thing. If you are planning on going into psychology then I am going to assume that you are going to be going for your doctorate. So I advice you to save as much money as you can. I say choose NYU. They have a more reputable status. And I have been to FIU. I agree it is a great school but I personally think New York has more networking potential than Miami.
