 How long can I keep a scholarship before I use it? Or does it depend on the provider? Some scholarships I have looked into aren't specific about it. I'm planning on transfering into a expensive private college after I do 4 semesters at a community college, but I'm only a junior in HS and I want to start building up the funds now. Any advice?
