I am very interested in this university, Northeastern University, however I am not able to go for a visit since I live in Michigan.

Is there another way to show interest in a school if I can't visit?
Other than calling them and asking questions, what kind of questions can I ask if I already know the basics?

Request information, call the admissions office, email the admissions director, and ask about seeing if a representive from the school travels the country and around your area.

True those things do work. Also, talk to a transfer advisor at the university. Alot of students look at universities and ask, "What can they offer me?" Have you thought, "What can I offer them?" If you are really interested in the school, talk to those advisors, set up something, make yourself known to them. Let them know you are a serious student who is just asking for an opportunity to progress your education.
